Healthwatch Central Bedfordshire commissioned this video

to  give a voice to older people and their experiences of health services in Central Bedfordshire.

The video was aimed at health service management and staff particularly commissioning teams to offer feedback on how services could be improved, both positive and negative.

​

The video was also aimed at the public to raise awareness of Healthwatch as an advocacy organisation for people's concerns over health services.
